Lately I have been eating Bulgur Porridge almost every day. I can't get enough of this stuff! It keeps me going much longer than cereal does. And it's super easy & healthy!
3/4 C milk
3/4 C water
6 T medium-grind bulgur
1/4 - 1/3 C raisins
heaping 1/8 tsp salt
Just throw everything into a little pot & bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 12-15 minutes, until it's the consistency of oatmeal. Stir in some cold milk and maybe 1 T brown sugar and you have a delicious breakfast. From Everyday Food.

Oh man, I've really got to improve my diet. This morning I had 1 1/2 old fashioned donuts and then a diet coke 2 hrs later. Not joking. I am embarrassed to admit it-- oh well.
Oh, and btw, I do totally believe dreams can be very powerful and symbolic. I don't know where Jessica got the opposite idea? Hmmm... actually I might. I did tell her I didn't really want to hear about her "you know what" dreams. Maybe that threw her off?
