Bleach will typically only yellow synthetic fabrics - esp. if it's all-purpose, chlorine bleach. Non-chlorine bleach is better for synthetics. Also, it could be a reaction to your water (do you have well water, or are you on a city grid?). Just a couple thoughts - I only use bleach on cottons, so I've never had that problem.
