Fortunately, my husband likes to chopchopchop! We're more likely to have fresh herbs in the spring after a lovely visit to the farmer's market. Gives us the whole summer to kill them.<BR/><BR/>I can't think of a single time in my life that I've ever had coconut milk in my fridge.<BR/><BR/>I do, however, have a quart of buttermilk and a quart of heavy cream in my fridge most days.
